Ports and Terminals
Mackay is situated in the heart of one of the largest coal and sugar producing regions in the world. Our bulk sugar terminal is the biggest in the world and the coal terminals in the region are the largest in the southern hemisphere. There is also a sizeable fishing fleet which works the waters off Mackay and facilities for other produce (grain) as well as storage facilities for refined chemicals and molasses. We have had many years experience in servicing these port facilities both in terms of new infrastructure projects, replacement equipment and service, maintenance and repairs to existing equipment.

Our area is the gateway to the Whitsunday’s – there are a large number of world famous resort islands right on our door step. Service
We are equipped with a fleet of over 20 service vehicles that are performing various repair, installation and maintenance work throughout our region. These service personnel are committed to ensuring that our customers’ equipment is maintained and operational at all times. Whilst we have a large mobile fleet we also have substantial workshop facilities in our Mackay branch – with dedicated shop fitters providing in-house repairs. Our boilermaker facilities provide light engineering and fabrication facilities to enhance our product range and enable us to provide total packaged solutions. We also have light machining and milling capabilities.
Our staff are trained in the different facets of the industry and provide service back up for our large range of products from swimming pools, household water supply, irrigation, through water treatment to dedicated service vehicles for mine site and major project work. Our commitment to our customers has seen us stocking an extensive range of spares for support and providing 24 on-call service capabilities.
